Terms of Service

These rules explain what you may do on cmore and what happens when the rules are broken.

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Accepting These Terms

By creating an account or using cmore, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the minimum age required in your country.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity carried out through your account. Use accurate account information and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

3. Content You Post

You are responsible for every post, image, video, comment, profile picture, username, and other item you publish through cmore. Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you give cmore permission to store, display, copy, resize, and deliver it as needed to operate the service. This permission ends when the content is removed, except where temporary backups or legal duties require limited retention.

4. Content That Is Not Allowed

Do not use cmore to publish or support:

  • Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
  • Threats, targeted harassment, hateful conduct, or encouragement of violence.
  • Sexual exploitation, especially any content involving minors.
  • Malware, scams, spam, impersonation, or attempts to access other accounts.
  • Private information shared without permission.

5. User Content and Platform Responsibility

cmore provides a place for users to publish content. We do not approve, endorse, or check every item before it appears. User content belongs to and is the responsibility of the person who posted it.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, cmore is not responsible for user-submitted content, including copyrighted, illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful material, or for losses caused by relying on that content. Nothing in these terms removes duties or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Moderation

cmore may remove posts or comments, limit features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when content breaks these terms, creates a safety risk, may violate the law, or harms the service. CMORE Team accounts may use moderation tools for this purpose.

We may also preserve or share information when required by law or when reasonably needed to protect users, the public, or the platform.

7. Copyright and Other Reports

If you believe content violates your copyright or another legal right, contact support@cmore.online with the content URL, a clear explanation, your contact details, and proof that you are allowed to make the report.

8. Service Availability

We may change, pause, or stop parts of cmore. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.

9. Account Closure

You may stop using cmore at any time. We may restrict or close an account that breaks these terms or creates a serious risk. Content may remain in backups for a limited period after removal.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page. Continuing to use cmore after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@cmore.online.
